Orange belt students will begin to learn more advanced concepts in attacking such as Open hand blocks and kicks along with new kick techniques. The form for Orange belt students at IMAA is called Kata 1.

Fitness Stripe 1. 15 Push ups without coming out of a push-up position
2. 400 Jumping Jacks 3. Horse Stance for 1 minute and 10 seconds 4. Front Bridge / Plank for 40 seconds |
